Account and identity data: your name and phone (mobile) number, processed to create your account and verify your sign-in.

Device and notification data: device and app information together with your push notification token, processed so we can send you notifications. This token is registered when you sign in and deleted when you sign out.

Messaging: the messages you send in the advisor chat; the original text of the message is stored. Messages are automatically translated so that parties speaking different languages can communicate; the translation does not replace the original text and is kept separately.

Activity and preferences: your favorites, the products you view, and your interactions used to personalize recommendations.

Images: catalog product images are shown to you in the app.

There is no payment system in MacFash. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card, bank account, or any other financial information.

We process your personal data to provide the service, verify your sign-in, send you notifications, translate your messages, personalize recommendations, provide support, and ensure security and prevent misuse.

We share your data only to the extent necessary to provide the service, and with the following categories of service providers: push notification infrastructure, an automatic translation provider, and hosting / infrastructure providers.

We do not sell your personal data. Our service providers may be located abroad; in that case your data may be transferred internationally and is protected in line with applicable law.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by the legal obligations we are subject to; after that period we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it.

Under applicable law (Turkish KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing, and request its portability.
