Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your MacFash account at any time. This page explains how to do it inside the app, and how to send us your request if you can no longer access the app.
Deleting from within the app
- Open the Profile tab in the MacFash app.
- Tap “Delete my account”, just below the sign-out button.
- Confirm by entering your current password.
Once you confirm, your account is permanently closed: all your sessions are ended and it is no longer possible to sign in with your account.
If you cannot access the app
You can also send your deletion request by email to the address below, stating the phone number registered to your account. Once your identity is verified, your account is permanently closed in the same way.
What happens to your data
When your account is deleted, access to your account and profile is closed.
Records of completed sales transactions qualify as commercial documents and are retained for the period required by the legal retention obligations we are subject to.
